Founded in 1974, the University of Montenegro is the country's FLAGSHIP and ONLY public university — by far the principal higher-education and research institution of Montenegro. Approximately 16,000-19,000 students across faculties spread among Podgorica, Kotor (the historic Maritime Faculty — fitting Montenegro's Adriatic seafaring tradition), Nikšić, Cetinje, and other towns. Comprehensive programme coverage including medicine, law, engineering, sciences, maritime studies, and the arts. The central institution of Montenegrin higher education.
Always confirm a university's current accreditation with
the named national authority, and that the qualification is recognised in
the country where you intend to use it, before enrolling or paying any
fees. AlmiStudy records information to help you check — it is not an
endorsement.
Why this is free
AlmiStudy is part of AlmiWorld. It is free because its purpose is to
help people find their way to education — and the wider project
supports the Shamool Foundation, a free school for street children in
Lahore (60 students, lunch, books and uniforms provided).
