Founded in 1783 by King Louis XVI, Mines Paris (often called 'Mines ParisTech' or 'École des Mines') is one of the most prestigious engineering schools in France and globally. Component of PSL University. Approximately 1,500 students. Highly selective admission via the prestigious Concours commun Mines-Ponts.
