Six colleges: Agriculture; Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences; Forestry, Wildlife and Tourism; Economics and Business Studies; Natural and Applied Sciences; and Social Sciences and Humanities. Premier agricultural research institution for Tanzania and the East African region. Strong food-security, livestock, and rural-development research output.
