Continues TRADITIONAL HADHRAMI ISLAMIC EDUCATION linked to TARIM CITY — GLOBAL HADHRAMI ISLAMIC SCHOLARSHIP CENTER (Tarim has produced Islamic scholars who spread Sufi Sunni Islam to Indonesia + Malaysia + Tanzania + India + East Africa over centuries — major source of moderate Sunni Islam in Southeast Asia). ~5,000 students from 40+ countries including Indonesia + Malaysia + India. Pakistani religious scholars context: Al-Ahgaff is destination for some Pakistani Sufi Sunni religious students.
