Queen Arwa was Ismaili Shia Sulayhid dynasty ruler from her capital JIBLA, ruled Yemen for 71 YEARS (one of LONGEST FEMALE REIGNS in Islamic history), patron of mosques + education, gave full Khutbah recognition (unique honor for a woman).
