Established in 1992 from the Serbian-staffed faculties that separated from the University of Sarajevo during the Bosnian War, originally as the 'Serbian Sarajevo University'. Renamed University of East Sarajevo in 2003. Approximately 11,000 students across 17 faculties spread across Republika Srpska. 🕯️ Honest context: the institution's founding is inseparable from the wartime ethnic separation of the original University of Sarajevo. It serves the Serb community of Republika Srpska. Primary language Serbian; both Cyrillic and Latin scripts used.
Always confirm a university's current accreditation with
the named national authority, and that the qualification is recognised in
the country where you intend to use it, before enrolling or paying any
fees. AlmiStudy records information to help you check — it is not an
endorsement.

Why this is free
AlmiStudy is part of AlmiWorld. It is free because its purpose is to
help people find their way to education — and the wider project
supports the Shamool Foundation, a free school for street children in
Lahore (60 students, lunch, books and uniforms provided).
