Medical University Sofia (MU Sofia)

Founded in 1917 as the Medical Faculty of Sofia University, becoming an independent Medical University in 1972. Bulgaria's largest and oldest medical university. Approximately 8,000 students including substantial international cohorts. Offers six-year English-medium MBBS recognised by Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC) — Pakistani students complete the FMGE/IFMGE/NLE exam upon return to practice in Pakistan.
