Founded in 2003 by Serbian-American businessman Slobodan Pavlović in Slobomir (a planned town adjacent to Bijeljina in Republika Srpska, near the Serbian border), Slobomir P University is one of the larger private universities in Republika Srpska. Approximately 2,500 students. Serbian-language instruction. 🕯️ Honest context: Bijeljina was the site of one of the war's earliest documented ethnic cleansings — the 1992 Bijeljina massacre, in which paramilitary forces under Željko Ražnatović 'Arkan' killed dozens of Bosniak civilians and expelled the prewar Bosniak population. The town's prewar demographics changed irreversibly; the university serves the Serb-majority population today.
Always confirm a university's current accreditation with
the named national authority, and that the qualification is recognised in
the country where you intend to use it, before enrolling or paying any
fees. AlmiStudy records information to help you check — it is not an
endorsement.

Why this is free
AlmiStudy is part of AlmiWorld. It is free because its purpose is to
help people find their way to education — and the wider project
supports the Shamool Foundation, a free school for street children in
Lahore (60 students, lunch, books and uniforms provided).
